Attorney Review Service
As a convenience to our users, we maintain a list of attorneys who have indicated that they are familiar with Q4B Center document packages, and that for the Review Fee shown below, they will conduct a one-time review of a document package. By completing the following steps, Q4B Center will forward a request from you to provide this service. An attorney will contact the client by phone to review estate planning objectives and to make sure that the assembled document package meets those objectives, and will then write a certification letter confirming that the documents are appropriate for the client's estate plan. If you wish to be contacted by the attorney prior to the client interview, please indicate that under "Optional Comments" below.
NOTE: By selecting the attorney review service, you authorize Q4B Center to forward your request to an attorney to perform the document review as described above, which shall be pursuant to an independent fee agreement with the attorney, separate and apart from Q4B Center, LLC. Any additional services of the attorney requested or required shall be subject to a separate fee agreement with the attorney. The facility hereby provided to forward your request is not to be interpreted as a recommendation, referral or endorsement of any specific individual or firm.

To request an Attorney Review, follow the directions below:

Step 1: Check the accuracy of the factual data that you entered on the Trust Questionnaire. Click the button below to display a summary of the data entered, then carefully review all information and schedules as instructed.
