Q4B Center, L.L.C. operates a website known as Q4BCenter.com (and referred to as “Q4B Document Center” or “Q4B Center”). At the website, we provide certain webpages that you can visit without giving us any information about yourself. However, in order for you to use the primary functionality of the site, we do need to collect information about you and your clients. Collection of Personal Information
When needed, we will ask you for information that personally identifies you or your clients ("personal information") and allows us to contact you. Generally, we ask for this information regarding you personally when you are registering as an Authorized User, requesting Free Trial access to the site or submitting an inquiry to us. We request information regarding your clients when you complete a Trust Questionnaire at the website or when you submit an inquiry or request for service related to a client. Personal information collected by Q4B Center regarding you personally is generally used for contacting you and for billing and/or shipping purposes. Examples of this personal information include: name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address (and may include other information when needed to provide a service that you have requested).

We also may collect certain information about your computer hardware and software. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, operating system, domain name, access times, referring website addresses and information about which pages are visited at the site. This information is used for the operation of the website, to maintain quality of service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the site.

When you register as an Authorized User, you are issued a User ID and Password which is required for login to our Document Assembly Area. The service provided when you are logged into the Document Assembly Area requires you to enter personal information regarding your clients into a Trust Questionnaire. The scope of that information is apparent to you when you complete the questionnaire, or otherwise request a client-related service.

Use of Personal Information
We use your personal information: 1) for contacting you regarding the services provided at the website, 2) for limiting access to the Document Assembly Area to Authorized Users and to limited-time Free Trial uses, 3) for billing and shipping, and 4) for certain internal administrative purposes.

We use your clients' personal information solely: 1) to provide the Document Assembly Service at the website, 2) for purposes of billing you for the service, 3) to make available to you or your clients certain custom-drafting or document review services offered by affiliated entities or third parties (but only after obtaining your permission), and 4) to monitor whether your use of the service is in accordance with our Terms Of Use.

We do not use "cookies" and we do not place any information on your computer that is used to personally identify you.

We may send out periodic e-mails informing you of issues related to the services that we provide. Authorized Users will not be able to unsubscribe from these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of our service to Authorized Users. Disclosure of Personal Information
We only disclose your personal information, or that of your clients, to our staff, affiliates or unaffiliated third parties who are directly involved in providing the services described above. Q4B Center, L.L.C. (and affiliated entities or third parties) may disclose such personal information if required to do so by court order, subpoena or other legal request, or upon the advice of counsel.

Security of Personal Information
Our administrative, technical and physical security measures have been reasonably designed to protect your personal information. When you provide information to us at our website, we protect it during transmission through the use of encryption, using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
